My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room, though not ready until after 4 pm, turned out to be much larger than expected with a massive, comfy bed that you never want to leave. However, the room wasn't as spectacular as I had anticipated. The service was exceptional, from the extremely friendly and helpful staff, making my experience a pleasure. The location was convenient, close to Eyre square if you drive, and they even provide transportation for those who don't. The dining experience had its shortcomings, with delays and issues with the replenishment of items. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups along the way.
